# Franchise Recruitment Associate **Kumon** · Makati · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities: - Organize and conducts recruitment activities such as but not limited to franchise orientations - Business level English proficiency required for conducting orientations and public information sessions - Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is not necessary as training will be provided - Identify and source candidates from various channels like referrals, expos, etc. - Screens and evaluates franchise application process based on established standards. - Franchise industry experience is preferred but not required for this position - Provides information to the public about franchise opportunity like the franchise model, responsibilities of the franchisees, and support offered by the company. - Responsibilities will include franchise orientation, consultation meeting, site inspection and recommendation.
