Franchise Operations Manager
The Franchise Operations Manager oversees the performance, compliance, and operational success of all franchise branches. This role ensures that every franchise operates according to company standards, delivers excellent customer experience, and achieves business targets. The manager provides leadership, support, and strategic direction to franchise owners and their teams to maintain strong brand consistency and operational excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field. Proven experience in franchise operations, multi-branch management, or retail/food operations leadership . Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Knowledgeable in franchise systems, operations management, and performance monitoring. Analytical, with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office, reporting tools, and operational management software. Willing to travel frequently for branch visits and operational support. Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. Preferably with experience in handling Franchise Businesses like 7/11, Red Ribbon, Goldilucks, etc. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
