# FRANCHISE OFFICER - CENTRAL NCR (MANILA CITY & SAN JUAN) **Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporations** · Manila · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - WITH MOTORCYCLE & DRIVERS LICENSE - WILLING TO DO FIELD WORK TO CONDUCT STORE VISIT IN COVERED AREAS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES - Ensure concession stores attain sales target - Conducts periodic store visits and facilities new stores openings - Ensures merchandising and customer service standards are implemented - Facilitates pull-outs of damages and overstocked items - Provides prompt action on area/store concerns - Ensures submission on time of daily sales reports and inventory reports - Ensures that all service crew concern acted upon accordingly - Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior or management QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in any related business management course - At least 1 years related experience required - Experience in handling service crew. - Good in time and personnel management skills - Field works that requires motorcycle and valid driver's license - Must be willing to do field work Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month Benefits: - Flextime - Opportunities for promotion - Paid training - Pay raise - Promotion to permanent employee Application Question(s): - Do you have work experienced as franchise officer or related experience to the said position? - Do you have your owned motorcycle? 9with valid driver's license and OR/CR) - Are you willing to do field work for store visit? - Are you amenable for shifting schedule? 6working & 1 rest day every week. - Are you willing to undergo 10days training in our head office in Tandang Sora Quezon City?
