Operational Management Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth restaurant flow, and addressing any issues that arise. 2. Performance Monitoring Tracking sales, expenses, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure profitability. 3. Staff Management Hiring, training, and motivating staff, addressing performance issues, and ensuring positive work environment 4. Customer Service Addressing customer complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a high standard of service 5. Compliance and Regulations Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and company policies 6. Project Planning and Execution Developing and implementing strategies for improving operations, increasing sales, and achieving company goals 7. Inventory Management Overseeing inventory control to minimize waste and ensure efficient operations 8. Financial Management Analyzing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring financial goals are met 9. Communication and Reporting Communicating with Restaurant Managers, staff, and upper management, providing reports on performance and progress. 10. Problem-solving Identifying and resolving issues related to operations, staff, or customer service Talent Profile Education : With Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or any business-related course Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food industry Adaptability : Must be willing to travel Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
