You will oversee crews, schedules, and budgets while keeping quality and safety on track. Responsibilities Manage wood framing projects from planning through completion. Read and interpret framing plans and blueprints. Coordinate crews, foremen, and subcontractors, and set daily and weekly schedules. Order and track materials, and manage project budgets and timelines. Monitor production, quality, and code compliance on every job. Enforce job site safety standards (OSHA). Communicate progress with ownership, general contractors, and clients. Requirements 5+ years of experience in wood framing, ideally in residential or multifamily construction. Strong knowledge of framing methods and the ability to read blueprints. Proven experience leading and coordinating framing crews. Solid scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
