In this role, you will leverage your extensive recruiting expertise to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent across various industries and roles. You will play a vital part in shaping our organization’s growth by managing full-cycle recruiting processes, building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients and projects, utilizing your strategic sourcing skills and HR knowledge to drive successful hiring outcomes. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation. Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, and talent management software such as Workday, Lever, or Kenexa BrassRing. Conduct high-volume recruitment campaigns across various sectors, ensuring compliance with employment law and HR legal standards. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support on talent acquisition strategies. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like UltiPro or PeopleSoft to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records. Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding activities such as employee orientation and employee evaluation processes. Stay informed on employment & labor law updates to ensure all recruiting practices adhere to legal requirements. Requirements Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and external recruiting across diverse industries. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively. Familiarity with talent management systems such as HR systems (Workday, Paychex) and ATS platforms (Lever, BrassRing). Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing through research, cold calling, social media marketing (recruitment), and campus recruitment efforts. Knowledge of HR legal compliance, employment law in talent management, and HR legal standards related to employment & labor law. Experience in high-volume recruitment environments with a focus on talent acquisition for both entry-level and senior roles. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike.
