# Fractional CFO **The Snow Lodge** · New York, NY 10040 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Fractional CFO / Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations and strategic financial planning of a multi-unit restaurant and hospitality group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of operational finance, accounting oversight, financial reporting, and profitability management. This position will work directly with ownership and senior leadership while overseeing one in-house bookkeeper. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting functions and supervise the in-house bookkeeper. Manage monthly financial close processes and ensure accurate, timely financial statements. Prepare and analyze monthly P&Ls by location, department, and revenue center. Develop annual operating budgets, financial forecasts, and cash-flow projections. Monitor and analyze food, beverage, and labor costs, identifying opportunities to improve profitability. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll reconciliation, and financial controls. Manage cash-flow planning, vendor payment schedules, and financial obligations. Provide consolidated financial reporting and strategic recommendations to ownership. Establish and improve financial processes, reporting structures, and internal controls. Coordinate with external accountants and tax professionals. Partner with operations leadership to evaluate financial performance and drive business decisions. Qualifications Previous experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, or Director of Finance within a restaurant or hospitality group. Strong multi-unit restaurant financial management experience. Hands-on accounting and financial reporting expertise. Experience overseeing a small accounting team. Advanced knowledge of restaurant P&Ls, COGS, labor costs, and cash-flow management. Experience with restaurant accounting and POS systems preferred. Ability to work independently and communicate directly with ownership. Position Structure Part-time / Fractional Consulting Engagement Flexible schedule based on business needs Compensation commensurate with experience and scope of responsibilities Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year Experience: - CFO: 4 years (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10040
