Learn more at www.confiemx.com Job Description Develop, structure and analyze financial models in order to support months-end close, forecasting, budgeting as well as several weekly and daily activities and reports, providing recommendations based on findings to management teams or stakeholders who need financial insight. Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, P&L, forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts Develop financial models to improve and maintain data integrity Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks A good Financial Analyst has strong communication skills because they often have conversations with people from many different levels of an organization about complicated financial matters. RequirementsExperience 1 to 2 years of experience in a finance role. Language Skills English proficiency at an Intermediate level (written and verbal). Technical Skills & Knowledge Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including: Excel Word PowerPoint Experience with Dashboard Software Knowledge of Basic Finance and P&L Terminology Experience using any ERP Education Bacherlor's Degree in Finance, Economy, Accounting, or related.
