Tomorrow, consumers won't just buy on e-commerce websites. They will discover, compare and purchase directly inside conversational AI interfaces like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and a growing long tail of specialized AI assistants. For brands, this is a major shift: if they are not present in these environments, they become invisible. Our mission: enable any brand to exist, sell and distribute in this new channel. We raised a €7M seed round (the first in Europe on this market), with Jean-Baptiste Rudelle, founder of Criteo, on our board, and the Bpifrance DeepTech label. Today, Lemrock is already: - 100M+ conversations per month - 150+ brand clients - a $100B market structuring at high speed The role As Founder's Associate, you work directly with the founders on high-impact topics across the company. You take ownership of cross-functional projects, from framing the problem to delivering the result, and you are exposed to the full stack of building an early-stage startup. Your mission - Strategy & ops: structure internal processes, track key metrics, and run cross-functional projects through to execution - Business development: identify and qualify potential partners (retailers, platforms, integrators), and lead outreach, meetings and deal execution - Product & feedback loop: gather insights from clients and users, and translate field feedback into product priorities - Fundraising & investor relations: build decks, market analysis and strategic materials, and manage ongoing investor interactions - Automate what can be automated: AI in reporting, research and outreach Profile Must-have - 1 to 5 years of experience after graduation, in strategy consulting, in an operator role at a startup (Chief of Staff, Founder's Associate, BizOps, Strategy & Ops), or both - Degree from a top business or engineering school - Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and attention to detail - High level of ownership, autonomy and curiosity - Ability to move fast, learn fast and operate in ambiguity - AI-forward: you use AI tools in your daily workflow and have already automated part of it - Fluent French, professional English A plus - Strategy consulting first, then an operator role at a startup or scale-up - Experience in fundraising, business development or venture capital - Strong interest in AI and commerce What we offer - Competitive package - Direct exposure to the founders, with real ownership from day one - A high-growth startup in a structurally emerging market - A fast-paced, high-standard environment Start date: ASAP.
