The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can understand business challenges, translate them into technical solutions, and rapidly develop AI applications, automated workflows, integrations, and internal tools . Key Responsibilities Identify business processes that can be improved through AI and automation . Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, agents, and automated workflows . Integrate LLMs, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms into business systems. Develop automation solutions using Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or similar technologies . Build and test prototypes and Proof-of-Concept (POC) solutions rapidly. Connect AI solutions with existing business applications and workflows. Troubleshoot and optimize AI applications, APIs, integrations, and automation processes. Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Continuously evaluate new AI tools, models, frameworks, and automation technologies. Document solutions, workflows, integrations, and implementation procedures. Collaborate with developers, operations, and management to successfully deploy solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering , or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in software development, AI engineering, automation, solutions engineering, or a related technical role. Hands-on experience developing applications using Python, JavaScript, or Node.js . Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations . Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate , or similar platforms is an advantage. Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, prompt engineering, or tool/function calling is a strong advantage. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, databases, Git, Docker, or CI/CD is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and quickly learn new technologies. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
