• Student Training and Guidance: Provide structured training and guidance to students on Forex trading fundamentals, market concepts, and trading strategies.
• Technical Analysis: Teach students how to analyse charts, price movements, candlestick patterns, support and resistance levels, and technical indicators.
• Fundamental Analysis: Explain the impact of economic news, interest rates, inflation, and major global events on currency markets.
• Trading Strategies: Develop and explain trading strategies, including entry and exit techniques, trend analysis, and trade planning.
• Risk Management: Educate students on risk-reward ratios, stop-loss and take-profit levels, position sizing, and capital preservation.
• Practical Training: Conduct live market analysis sessions, demonstrations, and simulated trading exercises for educational purposes.
• Student Performance Monitoring: Monitor students' learning progress, assess their understanding, and provide constructive feedback to improve their trading knowledge.
• Doubt Clarification: Resolve students' queries regarding Forex concepts, technical analysis, trading platforms, and market behaviour.
• Training Material Preparation: Prepare and update presentations, training notes, market analysis reports, and other educational materials.
• Market Updates: Keep students informed about relevant market developments, economic events, and trading-related news for educational purposes.
• Student Engagement: Maintain regular communication with students, encourage participation in training sessions, and support their learning journey.
• Training Schedule Management: Conduct sessions according to the academy's schedule and ensure punctuality, discipline, and consistency in training delivery.
• Coordination with Academic Team: Coordinate with the Academic Head and other mentors to maintain training quality and implement the academy's educational standards.
• Student Evaluation: Conduct assessments, practical exercises, and progress reviews to evaluate students' understanding of trading concepts.
• Professional Development: Continuously improve Forex market knowledge, analytical skills, and teaching methods to maintain high training standards.
• Compliance and Ethical Conduct: Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, communicate responsibly about trading risks, and avoid guaranteeing profits or returns to students.
• Reporting: Submit training updates, student progress reports, attendance details, and other required reports to the concerned department or management.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties related to training, mentoring, and academic operations as assigned by management.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED6,100.00 per month
