The successful candidate will perform advanced analytical testing using GC-MS, GC-MS/MS, and LC-MS techniques while ensuring accurate results and timely laboratory turnaround. Key Responsibilities: Perform sample extraction using solid-phase extraction (SPE) Carry out derivatization and other sample-preparation procedures Operate GC-MS, GC-MS/MS, and LC-MS laboratory instruments Conduct routine anabolic-steroid screening and confirmatory analysis Perform dilute-and-shoot LC-MS assays for relevant analytes Review, interpret, and analyze instrument-generated data Repeat and verify analyses when required Maintain accurate laboratory records and technical documentation Follow established quality, safety, and accreditation procedures Work collaboratively with laboratory team members to meet required turnaround times Assist with instrument troubleshooting, calibration, and routine maintenance Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Forensic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Biochemistry, or a related field 5–10 years of relevant laboratory experience Strong hands-on experience with GC-MS, GC-MS/MS, and LC-MS Practical experience in solid-phase extraction, derivatization, and sample preparation Experience in anabolic-steroid, drug, toxicology, doping-control, or forensic screening is highly preferred Strong knowledge of analytical data interpretation and confirmatory testing Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory procedures is an advantage Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management Good written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and as part of a laboratory team Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-time Pay: AED1.00 - AED1,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
