Foreman Welder

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily welding and fabrication activities.
• Lead and assign tasks to welders, fabricators, and helpers.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication specifications.
• Ensure proper execution of MIG, TIG, and ARC welding works.
• Monitor the quality, accuracy, and finishing of fabricated products.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules and daily targets.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper workmanship.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
• Report production progress, issues, and requirements to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
• Previous experience as a Welding Foreman or Team Leader is preferred.
• Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
• Ability to read and understand technical and fabrication drawings.
• Experience in supervising and managing a team of welders.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and quality control.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
