Foreman (PI duct)

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise daily PI duct manufacturing activities, manage workers, and ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily PI duct fabrication and production activities.
• Assign work to workers and monitor productivity and work quality.
• Read and understand technical drawings and duct fabrication requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of production orders.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages to the concerned department.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager to resolve production issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Foreman in PI duct manufacturing or HVAC ducting.
• Knowledge of duct fabrication processes and technical drawings.
• Good team management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage production activities and meet deadlines.

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
