Foreman MEP/ Civil/ Interior Fitout
Al Riyadh Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced and responsible MEP / Civil / Interior Fit-Out Foreman to supervise and coordinate our maintenance, renovation, civil, MEP, and interior fit-out projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on site experience and be capable of independently managing workers, coordinating different trades, monitoring materials, and ensuring projects are completed safely, professionally, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day MEP, civil, maintenance and interior fit-out activities. Manage and allocate technicians, carpenters, masons, painters, plumbers, electricians and helpers according to site requirements. Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other MEP works. Supervise civil works including blockwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, concrete repair and related finishing works. Supervise interior fit-out works including gypsum partitions and ceilings, painting, carpentry/joinery, flooring, doors, cladding and other finishing works. Read and understand basic drawings, layouts, measurements and work specifications. Take site measurements and identify material and manpower requirements. Coordinate with Project Engineer, Operations Manager, subcontractors, suppliers and clients. Ensure materials and tools are properly arranged before starting work. Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing. Ensure proper protection of floors, walls, furniture and existing finishes before commencing work. Monitor daily progress and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule. Prepare daily manpower and work-progress updates. Identify site problems and provide practical solutions. Ensure proper use and control of company tools, equipment and materials. Conduct snagging and ensure all comments are rectified before handover. Maintain site cleanliness and proper disposal of construction waste. Ensure workers follow PPE, safety procedures and site regulations. Be flexible to handle multiple small projects, maintenance calls and emergency works when required. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 –3 years of relevant Foreman/Site Supervisor experience , preferably in the UAE. Strong practical knowledge of MEP, Civil and Interior Fit-Out works . Experience in maintenance, renovation and fit-out projects is highly preferred. Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tiling, gypsum, painting, carpentry and general civil works. Ability to manage multiple technicians and different trades. Ability to understand drawings and take accurate site measurements. Good leadership and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills in English. Ability to communicate with workers, engineers, suppliers and clients professionally. Must be willing to work at different project locations across Dubai. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference. Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory. Preferred Candidate We are particularly looking for a multi-skilled Foreman who is not limited to only one trade and can confidently manage MEP + Civil + Interior Fit-Out + Building Maintenance works. The candidate should be practical, responsible, hardworking and capable of taking ownership of the site from mobilization through completion and handover.
