Foreman Carpenter

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily carpentry and joinery activities.
• Lead and assign tasks to carpenters, joiners, and helpers.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Oversee cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing of wooden components.
• Ensure proper use of woodworking machinery, power tools, and equipment.
• Monitor product quality, dimensions, alignment, and finishing.
• Ensure achievement of daily production targets and deadlines.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
• Report production progress, technical issues, and requirements to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry, woodworking, or joinery.
• Previous experience as a Carpentry Foreman or Team Leader is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wood materials, fabrication, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and understand technical and shop drawings.
• Experience in operating and supervising woodworking machinery.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise a team.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Carpentry: 4 years (Required)
