The candidate should have a strong background in civil construction and building works, including experience with steel structures. Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily construction activities and site workers. - Allocate work to labourers and monitor productivity. - Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project specifications. - Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Construction Manager. - Monitor material usage, tools and equipment at the site. - Ensure compliance with site safety rules and quality standards. - Report daily progress and site issues to the management. - Coordinate with other teams to complete work on schedule. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of construction experience. - Strong experience in civil construction and building works. - Experience with steel structures is preferred. - Ability to manage workers and supervise site activities. - Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety. - Willingness to work at the Barakah Project in Abu Dhabi. - Ability to work night shifts, if required.
