Industry: Exhibition & Events Production

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Foreman to supervise and manage production and site activities related to exhibition booths and event projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day project execution and site activities.
• Handle and coordinate joinery and carpentry works.
• Manage painting, welding, fabrication, and assembly works.
• Supervise the fabrication, installation, and dismantling of exhibition booths.
• Coordinate workers, technicians, and production teams.
• Ensure work is completed according to project drawings, specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Manage manpower, materials, and daily work schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Foreman in exhibition, events, or production companies.
• Strong practical knowledge of joinery, carpentry, painting, welding, and fabrication.
• Proven experience in exhibition booth production and assembly.
• Ability to independently manage and supervise workers and project activities.
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
