Job Description

Ronak International Marble and Natural Stone is looking for an experienced and responsible Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily site and workshop activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the marble and natural stone industry, strong material knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with workers, supervisors, and management.

The candidate must be capable of managing manpower, monitoring work progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed safely and within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers at project sites and workshops.
• Allocate work to helpers and other team members according to project requirements.
• Ensure proper handling, cutting, installation, and finishing of marble and natural stone materials.
• Maintain good knowledge of marble types, material specifications, thicknesses, finishes, and applications.
• Read and understand technical drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project coordinators, draftsmen, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed according to project schedules.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of materials to minimize damage and wastage.
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and safety standards among workers.
• Report daily work progress, material requirements, and operational issues to the concerned supervisor or management.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site or workshop issues efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Foreman in the marble, natural stone, or related construction industry is essential.
• Good knowledge of marble materials, handling procedures, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Good communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at a supervisory level.
• Ability to lead a team, allocate tasks, and manage workers effectively.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and material quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in marble fabrication and installation projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage manpower efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, material utilization, and workmanship quality.
