About the Client:

A quick-service restaurant (QSR) concept based in Dubai, specializing in burgers, fried chicken, and a variety of street-food favorites

Job Description:

• Lead food quality assurance, kitchen operational standards, and hands-on culinary training across QSR outlets and central kitchen operations
• Standardize, and implement recipe manuals, kitchen SOPs, cooking procedures, and guidelines.
• Design and deliver structured practical training programs for chefs, cooks, and kitchen teams, covering recipe execution, cooking techniques, and product consistency.
• Conduct regular kitchen audits and food quality inspections as per brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience in a QSR environment as a Sous Chef, Head Chef, Kitchen Operations Leader, Senior Cook, or equivalent role.
• Must have hands-on experience in burger and fried chicken QSR operations, with strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills, plus proficiency in MS Office for preparing SOPs, recipe manuals, training materials, and audit reports..
• Possess a valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car, with the ability to travel between outlets and central kitchen facilities.
