COMPANY PROFILE: The company operates a commercial bakery/food production facility supported by a dedicated workforce and established food safety practices, including GMP, SOP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management Systems. Position: Food Production Manager Company Industry: Food Industry Work Location: Pasig Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 50,000 Gross Work Set Up: Onsite JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven production leadership experience, specifically within a food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. Strong working knowledge of food processing machinery, automated packing lines, mass formulation scaling, and Lean Manufacturing principles. Exceptional people management capabilities, decisive problem-solving skills, and a high level of accountability. Must be willing to lead teams across shifting schedules and work permanently on-site at our facility in Santolan, Pasig City. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and manage daily food production operations to ensure efficient and timely production. Lead, supervise, and manage production staff across different shifts. Monitor production targets, schedules, manpower, and overall productivity. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of food processing and automated packing equipment. Oversee mass formulation scaling and ensure accurate production processes. Implement and maintain GMP, SOP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
