Key Responsibilities : · Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily mess operations. · Ensure the preparation of healthy, nutritious, and hygienic meals as per dietary guidelines. · Manage procurement of raw materials, supplies, and kitchen equipment by raising indents to Procurement department. · Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety as per regulatory norms. · Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers. · Monitor inventory levels and control wastage. · Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. · Handle student and staff feedback regarding food quality and service. · Maintain records of expenses, inventories, and food safety protocols. · Coordinate with school administration for special dietary requirements or events. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Catering, Nutrition, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a Food Manager, Mess Incharge, or similar role, preferably in educational institutions. Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations. Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities. Familiarity with procurement and inventory management. Skills: Strong planning and coordination abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene. Customer service orientation. Ability to work under pressure. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
