# Food Lab Technician **PERSOL** · Outram · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities: Accurately compound and blend flavor formulations (powder and liquid) according to approved recipes across Savory, Sweet, and Beverage applications. Support flavor development activities by preparing samples and assisting the Flavorist team with formulation-related tasks. Conduct flashpoint testing and other laboratory analyses in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements. Utilize SAP to identify, retrieve, and manage raw materials required for compounding and testing activities. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment of laboratory materials, and maintain accurate stock records. Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation for raw materials, formulations, testing activities, and finished products. Apply Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) with a strong focus on weighing accuracy, formulation precision, and data integrity. Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of ingredients, flavor samples, and laboratory waste in accordance with company procedures. Uphold laboratory housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, laboratory safety procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency, quality, and operational excellence. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management. Requirements: Diploma or ITE qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
