About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Food & Beverage Team Leader to help lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at Greenfield Station Bistro. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this hands-on leadership role combines operational excellence with people leadership. You'll be responsible for leading shifts, coaching team members, driving service standards and creating a positive team culture while ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader, Supervisor or ambitious hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. Key Responsibilities - Lead and support daily front-of-house operations during service - Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve their potential - Drive exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction - Ensure venue presentation, cleanliness and service standards are consistently maintained - Support rostering, shift deployment and operational planning - Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and confidence - Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture - Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS and operational procedures About You You're a passionate hospitality professional who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
