This role leads outlet operations, drives service standards, strengthens cross-functional collaboration, and supports the achievement of the Academy's business objectives. Responsibilities 1) Operations Management · Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. · Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, safety, and company standards. · Monitor service quality, cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience across all outlets. · Conduct regular operational reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives. · Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and service standards. 2) Guest Experience · Ensure a consistently high level of service for members, guests, and visitors. · Address guest feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner. · Build strong relationships with members and promote a personalized service culture. · Collaborate with outlet teams to enhance dining experiences and guest satisfaction. 3) Team Leadership & Development · Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and frontline employees. · Plan manpower allocation, scheduling, and workforce productivity. · Conduct performance reviews and identify training and development opportunities. · Foster a positive, high-performing, and service-oriented work environment. · Drive employee engagement and support talent development initiatives. 4) Financial & Cost Management · Achieve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency targets. · Monitor sales performance, labour costs, food costs, beverage costs, and overall outlet productivity. · Oversee inventory control, stock ordering, and waste management. · Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. · Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through promotions, events, and service initiatives. 5) Compliance & Risk Management · Ensure full compliance with licensing, food hygiene, workplace safety, and company regulations. · Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain operational standards. · Address operational risks proactively and implement corrective actions when necessary. 6) Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration · Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to implement departmental strategies and objectives. · Collaborate with Culinary, Sales & Marketing, Events & Partnerships, Sports Development & Education, and Academy Experience teams to deliver exceptional experiences. · Support new projects, outlet enhancements, seasonal promotions, and special events. · Participate in operational planning and continuous business improvement initiatives. Qualifications · Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related disciplines. · Minimum 5-8 years of management experience in restaurants, lounges, bars, luxury hotels, private clubs, or premium dining establishments. · Proven leadership experience managing multi-outlet or complex F&B operations. · Strong understanding of restaurant service, lounge/bar operations, beverage programs, and guest engagement. · Solid business acumen with understanding of financial metrics and cost control · Excellent people management, coaching, and communication skills. · Strong problem-solving ability and capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. · Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and restaurant management systems. · Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is advantageous. · Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
