The ideal candidate will have strong experience in F&B operations, team supervision, guest service, and maintaining high hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurants, bars, room service, events, and banquets. Supervise, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver excellent guest service. Manage restaurant reservations, events, functions, and banquet operations. Monitor inventory, control operating costs, and support revenue optimization. Coordinate with the Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments for smooth operations. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards. Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally. Ensure F&B service standards and resort policies are consistently followed. Maintain proper records, reports, and operational documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience. Experience in a luxury hotel, 5-star hotel, or premium resort will be preferred. Strong knowledge of F&B service and restaurant operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good leadership and team-management abilities. Good command of English. Knowledge of MS Office and F&B-related software. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, including FSSAI, is preferred.
