Food & Beverage Director (Multi-Outlet / Multi-Brand)

Job Summary: The Food & Beverage Director will oversee and manage daily operations across multiple outlets and brands, ensuring consistency, profitability, and high service standards. The role requires strong leadership, operational control, and the ability to manage different concepts under one group while maintaining each brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations of multiple F&B outlets across different brands
• Ensure all outlets follow brand standards, SOPs, and quality benchmarks
• Monitor daily sales, costs, and profitability across all units
• Develop strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and revenue
• Supervise Restaurant Managers, Supervisors, and outlet teams
• Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews
• Maintain consistency in food quality, service, and customer experience across all brands
• Coordinate with central kitchen / production (if applicable) for smooth supply
• Control costs including food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and wastage reduction
• Work closely with HR on recruitment, training, and staff development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Support new outlet openings, brand launches, and expansion plans
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience in F&B operations managing multiple outlets and brands
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, and cost control
• Ability to handle diverse concepts (casual dining, café, takeaway, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED23,000.00 per month
