We specialize in sourcing and distributing high-quality food and FMCG products from leading international brands to customers and businesses across Qatar and the wider region. About the role: We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented FMCG (Food) Sales Executive – HORECA to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and other food-service customers. The main goal is to increase sales, develop strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities : Visit and communicate with customers to promote food and FMCG products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and other HORECA customers . Manage and develop retail accounts (Modern Trade & General Trade) Ensure strong shelf presence, product visibility, and merchandising Achieve sales targets, distribution, and coverage KPIs Build relationships with store managers, category buyers, and supervisors Visit customers regularly to present products, promotions, and new product offerings. Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Requirements Previous experience in FMCG Food Sales and/or HORECA Sales is preferred. Experience dealing with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, or food-service businesses is an advantage. Good knowledge of the local food/FMCG market. Strong understanding of food category retail dynamics Good negotiation and relationship-building skills Proven experience in new retail accounts / listing products. Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented. 2–5 years FMCG Food Sales and/or HORECA Sales experience Qatar driving license is an advantage.
