FM Supervisor

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Supervisor oversees the installation, operation, and maintenance of building utility systems to ensure they meet safety codes, design specifications, and project schedules.

Quality & Compliance Control: Inspect installations to verify they match engineering drawings and local safety codes

Maintenance Management: Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance tasks, manage work orders, and troubleshoot sudden equipment breakdowns

Safety Enforcement: Enforce health, safety, and environment ( HSE ) rules, including proper Personal Protective Equipment ( PPE ) use and permit-to-work protocols.

Team & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with project engineers, contractors, and tenants to resolve technical issues and schedule updates

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Generally 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in facility management.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
