The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in facilities management, strong leadership and operational skills, and excellent knowledge of the GCC market. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory for this position. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering . 10–15 years of overall professional experience in Facilities Management. Minimum 10 years of experience within the GCC, preferably Qatar . Proven experience in managing facilities management operations and teams . Strong knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance operations, and facility services. Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Arabic speaking is mandatory. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Ability to manage multiple operational requirements and work effectively under pressure. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and relevant facilities management standards and practices. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a managerial role within a facilities management environment. Experience working with major clients, commercial facilities, residential facilities, or large-scale projects in Qatar/GCC. Relevant professional certifications in Facilities Management or Engineering will be an advantage. Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR10.00 per month Work Location: In person
