We provide services including digital marketing, SEO, PR, outdoor advertising, lead generation, branding and on-ground marketing activations. We are looking for a Flyer Distribution & Field Coordinator to manage and execute flyer, leaflet and promotional material distribution campaigns across Dubai. About the Role This is a field-based position . The candidate will be responsible for physically visiting assigned communities, buildings, locations and commercial areas and ensuring that flyers and promotional materials are distributed according to the campaign plan. This is not a desk job . The ideal candidate should be energetic, physically active, comfortable travelling around Dubai and capable of working independently. Key Responsibilities Distribute flyers, leaflets, brochures and promotional materials across assigned locations. Visit residential communities, buildings, commercial areas, retail locations and other assigned distribution points. Follow the exact location and building list provided by the company. Ensure the agreed quantity of material is distributed at each location. Take GPS/location-based photographs and videos as proof of distribution. Record the building/location name, quantity distributed and date/time. Maintain daily distribution reports. Share photographs and distribution evidence through WhatsApp/Google Drive. Follow the assigned daily route and schedule. Coordinate with the operations team regarding completed and pending locations. Report any access issues, security restrictions or distribution problems immediately. Ensure promotional materials are handled properly and not wasted. Assist with basic on-ground marketing activities when required. Provide daily updates to the Operations/Account Manager. Reporting Requirements The candidate must be comfortable using a smartphone to: Take photographs Share live/current location when required Use Google Maps Update Google Sheets Upload photographs/videos Send daily WhatsApp reports Maintain location-wise records Candidate Requirements Previous experience in flyer distribution, leaflet distribution, field marketing, merchandising, delivery, promoter or similar field work is preferred. Must be physically fit and comfortable walking for extended periods. Good knowledge of Dubai locations and communities. Comfortable travelling across Dubai. Basic English communication skills. Smartphone required. Basic knowledge of Google Maps. Basic ability to use WhatsApp and Google Sheets. Responsible and punctual. Able to work independently without constant supervision. Must be comfortable working outdoors. Important We are looking for someone who understands that distribution must be measurable and verifiable . Simply saying “I distributed the flyers” will not be sufficient. Every campaign will require appropriate location, quantity and photographic evidence , which will be used for internal reporting and client reporting. Added Advantage Candidates with any of the following will have an advantage: UAE driving licence Own vehicle Previous experience in Dubai communities Experience with leaflet/flyer distribution Experience in field marketing Experience working with marketing agencies Knowledge of Dubai residential communities Ability to supervise a small distribution team Compensation AED 2,500–3,000 per month , depending on experience.
