The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development, implementation, and customer-facing teams. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter . Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and efficient code using Dart . Manage and coordinate Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployments, updates, releases, and related activities. Analyze business and client requirements and contribute to technical scoping and solution discussions. Collaborate with the Development and Implementation Teams to understand requirements and deliver application features within defined timelines. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization . Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and technical issues. Coordinate with implementation teams and customers for bug fixes, issue resolution, and application improvements. Manage source code and project activities using Git/version control systems . Ensure delivered application features meet business requirements, technical standards, and quality expectations. Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices. Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies, Flutter updates, development tools, and industry best practices. Work closely with team members and reporting managers to track project progress, challenges, and deliverables. Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding tasks, progress, risks, and technical challenges. Contribute to application architecture, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology , or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in Flutter/mobile application development. Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart . Strong understanding of Android and iOS application development . Experience in developing and publishing applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store . Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive application design. Strong knowledge of REST APIs and third-party API integration . Experience with Git and version control systems . Strong debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Preferred Skills Experience with application performance optimization. Experience with third-party SDK and library integration. Knowledge of CI/CD processes for mobile application deployment. Experience working with Firebase or similar mobile backend services. Knowledge of additional technologies such as Java, C#, .NET, Python, or Angular will be an advantage, consistent with the existing JD.
