Learn more: https://abomis.com The Opportunity We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join our growing product and engineering team and help build high-quality mobile applications used in real operational airport environments. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will work closely with backend engineers and product stakeholders to develop, maintain, and release mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms. You won’t just be writing code, you’ll be contributing to how our mobile products perform in real-world, mission-critical scenarios. What You’ll Do This is an ownership-driven role. You are expected to build, improve, and ship, not just implement tasks. Mobile Development - Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart - Build clean, scalable, and maintainable code for production environments - Continuously improve app performance, responsiveness, and reliability Release & Deployment - Manage app builds and releases across: - Apple App Store - Google Play Store - TestFlight environments - Ensure smooth versioning, testing, and deployment processes Integration & Collaboration - Work closely with backend developers to integrate REST APIs - Collaborate with product and technical teams to refine requirements and deliver features - Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices Debugging & Optimization - Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and edge-case issues - Improve app stability in real-world operational conditions What You’ll do - Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality applications using Flutter and Dart - Architect solutions that scale appropriately across mobile, tablet, desktop, and web experiences - Build with platform awareness for iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and web - Translate UI/UX designs into clean, responsive, production-ready features with strong visual accuracy - Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, and backend engineering - Implement robust and maintainable state management using approaches such as Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, and MVVM - Contribute to technical planning, architecture decisions, code reviews, release quality, and engineering best practices - Help ensure performance, maintainability, and reliability across a wide range of operational use cases What We’re Looking For (Must Have) - Minimum 4 years of hands-on Flutter experience - Deep knowledge of Flutter, Dart, and modern mobile application development processes - Strong ability to architect features and systems across multiple device classes and platforms - Strong understanding of advanced Flutter state management patterns, including Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, and MVVM - Comfortable working within cross-functional teams - Strong command of Git and version control workflows - Good sense of UI and UX, with the ability to faithfully replicate designs into polished implementations - Strong problem-solving ability and attention to technical and visual detail Nice to Have - Degree in Computer Science or a related field - Experience with Swift and native Android development - Experience with camera integrations, code scanning, passport reading, ZXing, or similar scanning technologies - Exposure to aviation systems, airline workflows, airport operations, or related industry domains What You’ll Gain - Ownership over real mobile products used in live airport operations - Experience building applications in a mission-critical, global B2B environment - Close collaboration with product, backend, and leadership teams - Opportunity to shape mobile architecture, performance, and release practices - A fast-paced environment where execution, judgment, and quality matter Interested?
