As a Floor Supervisor, you will be actively working on the floor alongside the team , while taking responsibility for the smooth running of the service. You will lead by example, support your colleagues, interact with guests and make sure our service standards are maintained throughout the shift. What you’ll do: Work actively on the floor during service , serving and interacting with guests alongside the team. Lead and coordinate the floor team throughout the shift. Make sure service runs smoothly, efficiently and according to Red Garter standards. Support team members during busy periods and step in wherever needed. Monitor guest satisfaction and handle requests, feedback and complaints professionally. Coordinate communication between the floor, bar and kitchen. Brief the team before service and communicate daily priorities and important information. Support the training and development of new and existing team members. Monitor table flow, reservations and the overall pace of service. Support the General Manager with daily operations and team coordination. Lead by example by maintaining a high standard of service, attitude and professionalism. What we’re looking for: Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor Strong experience in a busy restaurant and bar environment. A hands-on approach — you are comfortable being on the floor, serving guests and working alongside your team. Natural leadership and the ability to motivate and support others. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to stay organised and calm during busy service. Advanced English and Spanish both required. Flexibility to work evenings/nights.
