Job Title: Fleet Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to manage the company’s vehicles, maintenance, drivers, and daily fleet operations. The candidate should ensure vehicles are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with UAE regulations while controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle allocation.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle usage.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, and documents are valid.
• Coordinate with drivers, workshops, and service providers.
• Monitor vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and fines.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Control fleet expenses and minimize vehicle downtime.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of fleet management experience.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or vehicle operations.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and cost control.
• Familiarity with UAE traffic rules and vehicle documentation.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and fleet tracking systems.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

• Fuel and maintenance cost control.
• Reduction in vehicle breakdowns and downtime.
• Timely renewal of vehicle documents.
• Accurate fleet records and reporting.
