In this analytical role, you'll conduct comprehensive audits, analyze repair and maintenance consumption trends, and provide critical insights to support management decision-making. You'll process approximately 70 repair requests daily while maintaining rigorous quality control and cost monitoring. Key Responsibilities Fleet Analysis & Reporting Prepare comprehensive comparative analysis reports on Repairs & Maintenance consumption (Actual vs. Budget) across all sales offices and regions Track and report on R&M consumption metrics across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Head Office operations Provide weekly topline analysis highlighting unusual consumption patterns and variances from budget Generate OPEX reports to monitor monthly expenses and budget performance across sales offices Repair Request Processing & Evaluation Process and evaluate approximately 70 repair requests daily through FMS portal systems Review repair requests against historical data to prioritize urgent and important requests Evaluate parts and repair requests based on history, brand quality, and price optimization Approve only repairs with valid justification and ensure no redundant work is scheduled Audit & Quality Assurance Perform monthly audits on R&M consumption across fleet units and sales offices Validate execution of approved repair requests to ensure proper scheduling and frequency Identify and report audit findings showing irregularities in R&M spending patterns Provide recommendations to improve R&M management practices and procedures Analytics & Support Provide analytical support and guidance to sales operations on repair requirements and historical trends Establish baseline R&M consumption limits and monitor actual vs. limit performance Monitor fleet yield and compute performance metrics for route trucks, service vehicles, and forklifts Present audit results and performance evaluations to management, Finance, and Logistics teams What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or similar discipline Minimum 1 year of experience in analytical work, inventory management, or similar analytical role Experience with multi-transaction systems and analytical reporting Core Competencies Strong analytical and mathematical analytical skills for complex data interpretation Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentations Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments Strong report preparation and presentation abilities to communicate findings to stakeholders Essential Attributes High integrity and strong ethical standards in handling sensitive financial data Strong sense of urgency and responsibility with commitment to deadlines Highly disciplined and detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in data handling Self-directed with strong initiative to identify process improvements Diligent and organized with ability to manage high-volume workload efficiently Comfortable working with minimum supervision in a results-driven environment Work Environment This is a fast-paced analytical role requiring strong multitasking abilities. You'll process high-volume repair requests daily, maintain accurate records, and produce timely analytical reports. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and field teams across General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
