FLEET & LOGISTICS MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW

Manager is responsible for fleet readiness, preventative maintenance and accurate, on-time equipment deliveries to jobsites.

REPORTS TO: CEO | DEPARTMENT: FLEET & LOGISTICS | POSITION: FULL-TIME, SALARIED

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Fleet maintenance Review vehicle maintenance logs on the vehicle website. Schedule oil changes and service with employees; provide loaner vehicles or swap trucks on site to keep crews working.

Vehicle safety Keep all vehicles compliant with applicable DOT, state and company safety standards. Document inspections, address defects and remove unsafe vehicles from service until corrected.

Monday.com deliveries Use the Monday.com board to confirm equipment, jobsite and original required delivery time. Deliver correctly and mark Complete by that time; record actual completion time in Monday.com for bonus measurement.

CFO fleet condition report Provide a monthly vehicle-by-vehicle report to the CFO with photos, mileage, wear and tear, maintenance status, and anticipated repair/replacement costs for budgeting. Immediately report significant safety concerns, mechanical issues or unexpected expenses.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; licenses required for assigned vehicles; safe equipment handling, organization, dependable follow-through and basic computer skills.

COMPENSATION

$50,000 - $70,000 / Year / DOE

$1,000 / Month - Monthly Maximum Combined Bonus - Paid Quarterly

Fleet Management Measurement for Bonus - $500 Max Per Month

Equipment & Logistics Measurement for Bonus - $500 Max Per Month

ALL-OR-NOTHING BONUS: Each category evaluated separately. 95%+ = full $500; below 95% = $0. Exclude documented circumstances outside employee control, subject to management review. All Bonus(s) are paid quarterly within 6 weeks of the quarter ending.
