Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, insured, and registered on time. Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle usage, repairs, and maintenance records. Coordinate staff transportation and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off. Manage camp accommodation, room allocation, cleanliness, maintenance, and general camp facilities. Coordinate with catering, housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and UAE regulations. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to fleet and camp operations. Handle employee concerns related to transportation and accommodation. Coordinate with management and external service providers when required. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in fleet, camp, transport, or facilities management. UAE experience preferred. Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, transportation operations, and camp management. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage drivers, workers, and service providers.
