# Fit-Out Supervisor – FM **TDGISERV Qatar** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Fit-Out Supervisor – FM Location: Qatar Department: Projects / Facilities Management Employment Type: Full-Time Job Purpose The Fit-Out Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating fit-out, renovation, maintenance, and refurbishment work at client facilities. The role ensures that works are completed safely, on schedule, within approved quality standards, and in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and Qatar regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily fit-out and refurbishment activities, including civil, architectural, ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, partition, and related works. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, technicians, and site workers to ensure smooth execution of works. Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and work schedules before and during execution. Ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects, snags, and incomplete works. Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements at site. Prepare daily progress reports and provide updates on work status, delays, material requirements, and site issues. Coordinate with the HSE team to implement site safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements. Liaise with clients, consultants, FM teams, and other stakeholders as required. Verify completed works and support inspection, testing, handover, and snagging activities. Ensure materials and workmanship meet approved standards and project requirements. Escalate technical, quality, safety, or schedule-related issues to the Project/Facilities Manager. Qualifications & Experience Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. 5-6 years of relevant experience in FM projects. Experience in commercial buildings, offices, retail, hospitality, residential, or similar facilities is preferred. Good knowledge of civil and architectural fit-out works and basic understanding of MEP services. Available in Doha for face to face interview Pay: QAR6,500.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
