In this role, you will coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure that fit-out works are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, technical engineering, and project coordination will drive the successful delivery of interior spaces that meet client specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of innovative interior build-outs, ensuring seamless project execution while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets. Responsibilities Manage and supervise all site activities related to interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards Develop detailed project schedules using project scheduling tools to monitor progress and coordinate resources effectively Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients during the permitting phase to secure necessary approvals and ensure design intent is maintained Conduct construction inspections regularly to verify workmanship, materials, and adherence to technical drawings created in AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D Oversee the use of technical engineering reports and hydrological or geotechnical analysis tools such as HEC or SWMM for site-specific requirements Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services while managing project budgets through accurate construction estimating Utilize Bluebeam for digital plan review, markup, and documentation management throughout the project lifecycle Lead team meetings, manage on-site safety protocols, and communicate progress effectively with clients and stakeholders Ensure all work aligns with civil infrastructure standards including stormwater management systems, land surveying data, and hydraulic modeling requirements Skills Strong proficiency in project scheduling software and construction management tools such as Primavera or MS Project Extensive experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, Drafting tools, and GIS platforms like ArcGIS for site planning and design engineering Knowledge of hydrological modeling (SWMM), stormwater systems design, geotechnical engineering principles, and water treatment processes Ability to generate comprehensive technical engineering reports with clarity and precision Skilled in managing projects within the permitting phase involving regulatory compliance and client communication Expertise in civil infrastructure projects focusing on stormwater management, hydraulics systems, land surveying data integration, and system design Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams on construction sites while maintaining high safety standards Familiarity with construction inspection procedures, technical writing for reports/documentation, and drafting schematics for system layouts Strong analytical skills in hydrologic analysis tools like HEC-HMS or Hydrologic Engineering Centers’ Hydrologic Modeling System (HEC) Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, government agencies during permitting processes, and internal teams Join us if you’re passionate about transforming interior spaces through meticulous planning, technical expertise, and proactive leadership.
