We are looking for a results-driven candidate who has strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi Fit-Out market and is capable of generating new business, finding potential clients, securing Fit-Out projects, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Generate new Fit-Out project opportunities in Abu Dhabi. Find and approach new clients and potential projects. Develop relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, property managers, offices, retail shops, restaurants, and other commercial businesses. Arrange client meetings and understand project requirements. Coordinate with the estimation team for quotations and proposals. Follow up quotations and negotiate prices and commercial terms. Close deals and secure Fit-Out contracts for the company. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects. Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients. Requirements: Proven experience in Fit-Out Sales / Business Development in Abu Dhabi or UAE . Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi construction and Fit-Out market. Strong network of potential clients, consultants, contractors, or property management companies is highly preferred. Proven ability to generate leads and bring new projects to the company. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Good communication skills. Valid UAE Driving License is required. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Important: This position is focused on actively generating new Fit-Out projects and clients , not only handling incoming sales inquiries.
