# Fit-Out Project Manager **Imperial Group Pty Ltd** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee fit-out projects from planning and design coordination through site execution and final handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fit-out project management, with proven expertise in project planning, cost control, procurement, site supervision, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Management - Manage fit-out projects throughout all phases, from pre-construction and planning to execution and handover. - Develop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and milestones. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays and risks. Site Execution & Coordination - Oversee daily site activities and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams. - Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and contractual requirements. - Coordinate architectural, interior design, and MEP works to ensure smooth project execution. - Lead site meetings, resolve technical and operational issues, and provide regular progress reports. Cost Control & Procurement - Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow, variations, and expenditure. - Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. - Review subcontractor quotations, payment applications, and variation claims. Quality, HSE & Handover - Ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with quality and health and safety requirements. - Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and rectification of outstanding works. - Manage project close-out, snagging, client approvals, and final handover documentation. Requirements & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline. - Minimum 10 years of experience , including substantial experience managing interior fit-out projects. - Proven experience delivering commercial, office, retail, hospitality, or other interior fit-out projects. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, architectural and MEP drawings, and site execution. - Experience in project scheduling, cost control, procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration. - Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
