# Fit Out Project Engineer ( Civil) **Altamount Contracting & ID LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for a Civil Fit-Out Project Engineer to manage and supervise the execution of interior fit-out projects from site mobilisation through completion and handover. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day civil and interior fit-out works at project sites. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams. Review drawings, specifications and project requirements. Supervise works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, waterproofing and other civil/finishing works. Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth execution and avoid site clashes. Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and subcontractor activities. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards. Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements. Identify and resolve technical/site issues and coordinate necessary approvals. Conduct inspections, manage snagging and coordinate project handover. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and other project documentation. Ensure projects are completed within the required time, quality and budget . Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering . Engineering Degree Equivalency Certificate – Mandatory. Minimum 3 years of UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out projects preferred. Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works. Ability to read and understand architectural, civil and MEP drawings. Experience in site supervision and subcontractor coordination. Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office . UAE driving licence is mandatory Candidates available to join immediately within 15 days preferred.
