# Fit-Out Project Engineer **Consol Group** · Riyadh · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 12 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position: Fit-Out Project Engineer Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Experience: Minimum 10 years Industry: Interior Fit-Out, Joinery & Finishing Nationality: Prefer Lebanese Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Project Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of GCC experience, including strong KSA experience, to manage and supervise high-end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical and hands-on background in fit-out, joinery, carpentry and finishing works, with proven experience in delivering luxury projects. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise day-to-day fit-out project activities. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. Ensure projects are completed on time, within quality standards and project requirements. Review architectural, interior, Fitout and joinery drawings. Coordinate shop drawings, material approvals, mock-ups and technical submittals. Supervise joinery, carpentry and finishing works, including doors, wall paneling, cabinetry, flooring, ceilings, painting, marble, glass and decorative finishes. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and subcontractor performance. Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate snagging, de-snagging and project handover. Identify technical issues, delays and variations and coordinate appropriate solutions. Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements. Requirements Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction or related field. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in GCC. Strong KSA project experience is required. Proven experience in high-end/luxury interior fit-out projects . Strong background in joinery, carpentry and finishing works . Experience in hospitality, luxury residential, retail, commercial or F&B projects is preferred. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; Primavera/MS Project is an advantage. Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Good command of English. Preferred Profile: Candidates with a solid background in high-end fit-out + joinery + finishing works and proven experience successfully delivering projects in KSA/GCC. Lebanese nationals will be strongly preferred. Work Location: In person
