Fit-Out Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure fit-out works are executed according to approved drawings, project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, dimensions, levels, and installation details.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available before scheduled works.
• Track daily progress and report delays, site issues, and required actions to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with MEP, joinery, and other trades to ensure smooth execution and avoid clashes.
• Support snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works, joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceilings, and related fit-out activities.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Strong site coordination and manpower management skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• UAE fit-out experience is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

• Supervisory: 3 years (Preferred)
