Overall responsibilities : Produce layout/drawing using AutoCAD application Site measurement and marking (for hoarding, new kiosk, external seating etc.). Assist in the review and checking of renovation and refurbishment drawings - to ensure that the proposed design/details are complied with fit-out guidelines and requirements. Coordinate with tenant’s designer/consultant in the submission and approval for proposed renovation plans. Monitoring and checking progress of renovation and reinstatement works. Daily site walk - to check any non-compliance issues. Conduct site inspection (such as above ceiling inspection, pre-opening inspection, final inspection etc.) General : Monitoring design development and submission of drawings. Coordinate with tenants/contractors on any site issues during renovation or reinstatement work. Monitor and ensure that tenants/contractors comply with the Building rules and regulations at all times while carrying out works within their respective demised premises.
