# Fit-Out Execution Manager – Civil / Architectural Engineer **Furnishing** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Hiring: Fit-Out Execution Manager – Civil / Architectural Engineer Company: Execute Interiors Location: Doha, Qatar Position: Head of Fit-Out Execution Department / Operations Manager We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Civil or Architectural Engineer to take full responsibility for managing our interior fit-out execution department, overseeing multiple projects, recruiting skilled manpower, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring successful project delivery. This is a senior operational position requiring strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, excellent market connections, and practical experience in Qatar's construction and interior fit-out industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Execution & Site Management - Manage and supervise all ongoing interior fit-out and renovation projects. - Lead site engineers, project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and technical teams. - Plan manpower requirements and allocate resources across multiple sites. - Coordinate daily site activities, work schedules, deliveries, and project progress. - Ensure quality workmanship, timely completion, and cost control. - Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues. 2. Manpower Sourcing & Recruitment - Source, interview, evaluate, negotiate with, and recruit skilled workers. - Build and maintain reliable teams of carpenters, joinery specialists, painters, gypsum workers, electricians, plumbers, tile installers, and general finishing workers. - Identify and recruit qualified site supervisors and project managers. - Negotiate manpower rates and subcontractor agreements. - Coordinate worker deployment, transportation, accommodation requirements, and site allocation. - Maintain a reliable network of skilled manpower and subcontractors in Qatar. 3. Procurement & Material Management - Source construction and finishing materials from local suppliers. - Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate supplier prices. - Coordinate purchasing, deliveries, transportation, and material availability. - Control material consumption, wastage, and procurement costs. - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. 4. Engineering, Technical & Commercial Responsibilities - Read and understand architectural, civil, interior, and MEP drawings. - Review shop drawings, specifications, technical requirements, and project inquiries. - Prepare, review, and verify BOQs, quantity takeoffs, and material estimates. - Support project pricing, cost estimation, and tender preparation. - Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP requirements with fit-out activities. - Identify design discrepancies, site constraints, and execution solutions. - Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. - Extensive practical experience in interior fit-out, renovation, and finishing works. - Strong experience managing multiple projects and execution teams. - Excellent knowledge of Qatar's manpower, subcontracting, and construction material markets. - Proven ability to source, recruit, negotiate with, and manage skilled workers. - Strong technical understanding of MEP coordination, joinery, gypsum, painting, tiling, and finishing works. - Excellent knowledge of drawings, BOQs, quantity surveying, and project cost estimation. - Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory. - MMUP/UPDA engineering classification is preferred. - Qatar fit-out industry experience is strongly preferred. - Candidates available to join immediately will be prioritized. We are looking for someone who can independently lead and develop our execution department, build efficient project teams, and take full ownership of site operations from project mobilization to final handover.
