Fit-out Engineer - Production

We are Azizi, a leading Dubai-based real estate developer committed to creating exceptional homes and communities. As part of our continued focus on innovation and construction excellence, we are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Production Engineer to join our Azizi Pods factory team.

We are seeking a hands-on professional to oversee the fit-out and finishing of prefabricated bathroom pods, ensuring production efficiency, quality workmanship, technical compliance and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules for bathroom pod fit-out activities.
• Supervise and coordinate carpenters, tilers, electricians, plumbers and other finishing teams.
• Oversee installation of interior walls, flooring, ceilings, partitions, doors, sanitary fittings, cabinetry and finishes.
• Interpret architectural, interior design and MEP drawings to ensure accurate implementation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design and QA/QC teams to resolve technical and production issues.
• Ensure materials are used correctly and installed in accordance with approved specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production.
• Monitor manpower, productivity, material consumption and production targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes, minimize material waste and reduce rework.
• Maintain production records, progress reports and installation documentation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores and Logistics to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Ensure compliance with factory HSE procedures and workplace safety standards.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in fit-out production, interior fit-out or modular construction.
• Experience in bathroom pods, prefabricated units or modular manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, interior finishes and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, ID and MEP drawings.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit or similar technical software.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and modular production workflows is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and team leadership skills.
