Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in fit-out and interior construction. Proven experience in luxury villas, high-end residential projects, or premium hospitality projects . Strong knowledge of complete fit-out works from mobilization through final handover. Experience in coordinating and supervising civil, architectural, interior, and MEP works . Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, interior design, MEP, and shop drawings. Review drawings and identify discrepancies before execution. Coordinate with consultants, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management. Supervise site activities and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule. Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of all fit-out activities. Conduct site inspections and ensure required quality standards are maintained. Prepare and follow up on material approvals, mock-ups, samples, and inspections. Monitor material delivery, storage, and usage at site. Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure manpower and resources are properly planned. Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring. Ensure all works comply with project specifications, approved materials, and quality requirements. Maintain proper site documentation and records. Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. PREFERRED SKILLS Strong experience in luxury villa fit-out and high-end interior finishing. Excellent knowledge of marble, natural stone, porcelain tiles, wood flooring, parquet, wall cladding, and decorative finishes. Experience with false ceilings, gypsum partitions, feature walls, decorative walls, and specialist finishes. Knowledge of high-end painting, wallpaper, wall coverings, and textured finishes. Experience in custom joinery, wardrobes, kitchens, doors, wall panels, vanities, and bespoke furniture installation. Knowledge of stainless steel, glass, mirrors, metal works, and architectural details. Experience coordinating MEP services within finished interiors, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, sanitary fixtures, and electrical works. Ability to coordinate detailed joinery and interior shop drawings with site conditions. Strong understanding of levels, dimensions, setting-out, alignment, and finishing tolerances. Experience reviewing and coordinating material samples, mock-ups, and method statements. Strong knowledge of construction materials, workmanship, and finishing standards. Ability to identify poor workmanship and ensure corrective action is completed. Experience handling snagging and final finishing inspections for luxury projects. Ability to prepare and review BOQ, material quantities, and site measurements. Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection requests, and quality documentation. Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and work fronts simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail, particularly for premium architectural and interior finishes. Good knowledge of UAE construction practices, specifications, and site procedures. UAE driving license is an advantage. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned areas of the project. Strong reporting and documentation skills. Professional communication skills with consultants, clients, designers, and subcontractors. Immediate availability is preferred. Candidates with experience in Dubai luxury villa projects will be given preference. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and supervise day-to-day fit-out activities on luxury villa projects. Ensure all works are executed to the required quality, design, and finishing standards. Coordinate site activities with the Project Manager, consultants, designers, and subcontractors. Monitor progress against the approved construction programme. Resolve technical and coordination issues before they affect progress. Ensure approved materials and finishes are used on site. Inspect completed works and coordinate rectification of defects. Maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project. Assist with project handover, as-built documentation, and final snag clearance. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
