Site Supervision Supervise and monitor daily site activities related to interior fit-out works. Ensure works are executed according to approved shop drawings and project specifications. Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth site operations. Monitor productivity and ensure adherence to project timelines. 2. Technical Coordination Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals. Coordinate with consultants and project managers for clarifications and approvals. Identify and resolve technical issues on site. 3. Quality Control Ensure all works comply with project specifications and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and prepare snag lists where required. Coordinate inspections with consultants and obtain approvals. 4. Planning and Progress Monitoring Assist in preparing work schedules and monitor project progress. Report delays or potential risks to the Project Manager. Ensure timely completion of milestones. 5. Material and Resource Management Coordinate with procurement team for material delivery to site. Check materials delivered on site and ensure they meet specifications. Monitor usage of materials and avoid wastage. 6. Health & Safety Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies. Conduct regular safety checks on site. Ensure workers follow proper safety procedures and PPE requirements. 7. Documentation and Reporting Prepare daily and weekly site reports. Maintain records of work progress, inspections, and site instructions. Assist in preparation of progress claims and variation orders. 8. Coordination with Stakeholders Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress. Ensure clear communication among project team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture or related field. 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects . Knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery works, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, and MEP coordination. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
